When we reach this phase, the client accepted our quote, and our commitment to the project has been established. We have also committed to a deadline date.

Our production team meets at the round-table to review the details
of the job. Depending on how much creative leeway the client
has given us, we will use open forum discussion to lend our individual ideas to compliment the possible outcome of the project. We also discuss the client itself, to make sure all of us have a grasp of the look and style they seek to convey.

We then retreat to our Mac G4s and proceed to put mere conceptual ideas into visuals.
